William E. Higley, II, graduated from the University of Toledo in 1975. He was an attorney-advisor for the Social Security Administration where he worked for A.L.J.'s who heard Social Security claims. He has been in practice for more than 20 years, successfully representing 1000's of claimants in Social Security cases. He is a member of the Toledo, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations, a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, as well as a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Julie A. Fox graduated from the University of Toledo in 1992 with an Associate Degree in Legal Assisting Technology. She has extensive legal assisting experience and has been with Mr. Higley since 1996.

Tiffani Eberflus, paralegal, has worked for the Higley Law Firm in the past for many years; left the firm and returned in 2008. Tiffani has an extensive background in SSI and Social Security Disability matters.

Kimberly Ramirez graduated from The University of Toledo in 2008 with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. She joined the Higley Law Firm in March of 2009.
